Yes, you will receive a Relevé 24 for your income tax return at the end of February of the year following the summer during which your child was registered at day camp. To ensure we deliver a valid Relevé 24, make sure to write your social insurance numbers (parents) and indicate the desired percentage on the registration form.

Any cancellation must be made at the latest one week prior to the start of the week you want to cancel. There will be a $25 fee per week and per child for any cancellation made after May 31st. Before May 31st there will be a $25 cancellation fee in total, regardless of the number of weeks cancelled and the number of children.

THERE ARE NO CANCELLATION FEE FOR ANY CHANGE OF PROGRAMME OR WEEK.

First, you must indicate the nature of your child’s allergies in the section to this effect in  »La fiche santé campeur ». Also, your child shall carry at all times his/her epinephrine auto-injector (EpiPen, Anapen or Twinject) in a belt pouch, for instance.

** Please note that nuts, peanuts and derived products are prohibited at the camp.

Regular camp hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Daycare services are included for all from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

At Camp de jour Letendre: Enter by door #15, at the rear of the college. The parking lot is accessible by boulevard du Souvenir.

At Camp de jour St-Sacrement: Enter by the entrance hall of the auditorium. The parking lot is accessible by rue Saint-Louis.

At Camp des Leaders: Enter by door #3.

Yes, it is best to put sunscreen on your child before the start of the day since most of the activities are taking place outside. Yet there must be a sunscreen bottle in your child’s backpack since we must regularly put some screen lotion on the children to ensure they are fully protected throughout the day.

Your child will be able to choose among a wide range of activities according to his/her age group. These activities are all under the supervision of dynamic, fully-trained counsellors.

When you register online, it is possible to check which groups are still open, thus ensuring that you can register your children in the groups you want. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel a programme due to an insufficient number of registrations.

If you have any question or particular situation, please contact us.

If you want to register your child in the same group than his/her friend, simply select the same programmes during the same weeks for the two children.

It is unnecessary to contact us to register your child in a group that is already full because we have to respect the supervision rations from the ACQ. You will have to pick another program for your child. Note that every program is opened more than one week every summer.

It depends what age your child will be on September 30 of the next school year.

Registration starts in February and are possible until the Wednesday before your stay.
